Popcorn evening:)

Somtimes it gets to the that time in the evening, when I need something sweet.  I try not to keep unhealthy snacks in the house to avoid the temptation of unneccessary snacking – I lost over a stone last year (2011) gradually by just eating healthily, and doing yoga classes, so I am very concious about what I put into my body and keeping it healthy.

I have heard that popcorn is a great snack and virtually fat free, (if you dont put anything on it!) but I like to put a little sugar in it to give it a little kick!

As I was making my popcorn snack this evening I thought, I know ill take photos and blog about it later lol!

I’ve just downed a whole bowl and it tasted so good:)

For anyone that wants to know the ingredients I used were:

1/2 cup of popcorn seeds

2 table spoons of organic sunflower oil

1 tablespoon of granulated sugar
